My name is Ja’Mya Holmes and I am sixteen years old. I am currently a high school student at Forrest
City High School. I found out about this position through a Facebook post. I would like to apply for this
position because I am in need of a job.

I am capable of doing this position because I have worked at a fast food restaurant before . I have my
driver license so the delivery position works best for me. I am at least sixteen years of age and I have
experience in taking orders and making sure that they come out right .
