Daily Tasks

1. Boiler: Check boiler room for any unusual noises.

2. Chiller: Check chiller for unusual noises and ensure that it is running.
Check all chill water pumps for unusual noises.
Check water levels in day tank.
3. Air Handling Unit: Make a walk through building; listen for any unusual noises associated with
air handling.

Weekly/Monthly Tasks Check List

Chiller Check all safeties, controls, and Grease all fittings.

Domestic Hot Water Check operations and cycle heaters on and

Pneumatic Change oil in compressors
Check all air controls operations,
thermostats.

Boiler Inspect all controls and check operation of controls.
Chiller Check all controls including safety control operation, refrigerant levels, sequences of
steps of the chillers.
Check all electrical components, voltages, and their operations.
Clean condensers and area around chillers.
Check and grease all water valves.
Air Handling Unit Check all voltages and operation of all controls.
Domestic Hot Water Heater Check temperature inlets and outlets.
Temperature outlet not to exceed 120 degrees F.
Pneumatic Clean condenser on air drier.
Check air pressures in controller.
