Hello everyone!! These are foods I ate a ton of while losing weight!!

All these recipes are


super easy and won't take long to make, I will be making videos for each of these on my
tiktok!! I’ll add onto this when I get more ideas lol

Avocado toast + eggs


2 slices of oatnut bread
½ avocado
Scrambled eggs: 1 egg + 2 egg whites
Seasoning for toast

Peanut butter banana toast:


1 slice of oatnut bread
1 tbsp peanut butter
½ banana sliced up
Cinnamon sprinkled on top

Chipotle Bowl at Home


1 cup brown rice
½ cup beans
½ cup corn
2 tbsp greek yogurt
¼ avocado
3 tbsp onion
Lemon juice to taste
Tapatio
Lettuce

Ham Sandwich
2 slices oatnut bread
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 wedge light cream cheese
4 slices ham
¼ avocado
Onion slices
Lettuce

Tuna Bowl
1 cup brown rice
1 small can of tuna
Onions chopped
Lettuce chopped
¼ avocado
2 tbsp Ponzu or soy sauce
1 ½ tbsp miso dressing
½ tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp ginger

Breakfast english muffin


1 english muffin sliced in half
1 egg + 2 egg whites
¼ cup shredded cheese
Spinach (can be mixed with eggs or just added to the sandwich)
Onion slice
2 slices of ham

English muffin avocado + cheese toast


1 english muffin sliced in half
2 light cream cheese wedges
½ avocado
Seasonings
-each muffin half gets 1 cheese wedge and ¼ avocado
