The Soovshop Journey started in 2019, and has come a long way since its
inception. It's a platform for online shoppers to help ​find the perfect outfit every
time. We help shoppers overcome the decision making fatigue due to the sea of
choices (refer 'paradox of overchoice').

We all have faced similar problems while shopping like- What should I wear for
Diwali? Will I be able to pull-off kurta pajama for family gatherings? Can’t decide
what would be the perfect bold yet classy beach vacation outfit? Should I go for the
charcoal grey suit as Alpha m suggested on youtube? (You get the point, Right?)

Soovshop aims to bring personalisation into the shopping experience by enabling


the best fashion stylists to recommend the best possible apparels; Across all leading
e-commerce platforms. Keeping user’s Body attributes (shape, built etc), latest
fashion trends and other predetermined metrics in mind. At Soovshop, we are

Target Audience

Persona 1: Working professionals who have a good disposable income but are short
on time and fashion quotient.
Age:​ 23-45: Corporate employees & Businessmen with less/no time for shopping
Sex:​ Both Male & Female
Geography:​ Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities of India

 
 

Persona 2: College Goers/ Teens


Age:​ 14-22: Majorly Teens who are continuing their education in Tier 1 & Tier 2
cities who are low on fashion/dressing sense; Whereas love to flaunt their dressing
style (This segment relies heavily on influencers for their take on fashion).
Geography:​ Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities of India

Design a go-to-market strategy including but not limited to:


● Detailed Marketing communication strategy for different digital platforms
(primary focus area)
● Design the pricing & Incentive structure for first time & repeat buyers (can be
skipped)
● Possible collaborators to increase Customer value proposition
● Analyse digital media platforms for User acquisition with maximum ROI

(To keep in mind - Direct efforts towards innovative low cost


promotion/advertisement campaigns. You may consider the case of reverse
urbanisation due to COVID while designing the marketing communication strategy.)
