I. Executive Summary

Abalos Family has a food store business named “Ashley’s Mami

Store”. Here, people will get tasty and healthy food items with different

price range. They are targeting basically three groups of people for their

market segmentation. Those are children, teenagers and young adults.

They also have a special mami with other ingredients.

Vision is an encompassing explanation of why the organization exits and

where it’s trying to head. So they also set their vision. Their vision is to be

NO. They’re selling mami in their town offering different kinds of mami.

II. Organization and Management

The Ashley’s Store Business is a Hybrid Business and a Sole

Proprietorship Business Organization

The Ashley’s Store is a Mami Business that is popular Filipino noodle soup

made with wheat flour noodles, broth and the addition of meat (chicken,

beef, and pork).

Ashley’s store in Dike road pangdel Bayambang , pangasinan. They

selling food to anyone who comes in their store and they make sure

that the customers will find what they want in the Ashley’s store.

Ashley’s store is a mami or Paris mami business, The Ashley’s store

Ashley’s store they also offering a Delivery services to those who will order

through online or via pm Text. Further, they Offer Delivery service if there

is an Event or Occasions. The Ashley’s Store Improving their Business

through providing a promo, trying a new recipe, and improving their

services. The Ashley’s Store Business has Excellent Customer Services

that are possible to attract more customers. Although Ashley’s store have

many competitors.

The Ashley’s store Customers are from different barangay even that way

customers can order through delivery service.


Mami was the main dish of Ashley’s Store because of its delicious taste,

but even though it has Affordable Price the is why they had a lots of

customer. They give a Delicious taste of their Mami as much as they can.

Their Direct competitors are those who have a Business similar to them,

Their Indirect competitors are there Neighbours who have a Business that

offers different Product however it was customer needs or wants.

In Today, time of Pandemic the marketing Strategy of Ashley’s Store is

through social media. Created a Facebook Account that will acknowledge

their business and for them to offer Delivery services to the Customers

online.

V. Financial Management

The Ashley’s Store Business has the capital of the amount of ₱ 10,000, in

the capital it was also include the equipment that necessary need in

mamihan business.

The Financial Status of the Ashley’s Store is going well during this

pandemic because nowadays people are more likely to order online for

them to be safe from the virus because of the pandemic the Ashley’s Store
also offering Delivery services which is why their financial status was going

well.

The Approximate Profit of Ashley’s Business is the amount of ₱10,000 a

day.

VI. Corporate Social Responsibility

The small mamihan business help their staff by giving them salaries even

though it’s a small business, the purpose of giving a salary is for them to

include the benefits of their staff whose helping them for growing their

small business, working for a small business can be stressful but everyone

who works for this small business is reliving also as they participanting to

grow with the small business. It can be flexible, its able to better detect

and take advantage of small market and the communication will be easier.

They give their employees benefits package and it can attract and retrain

the experience they doing, benefits can help them differentiate the small

business from competitors.


VII. Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, and Threats (SWOT)

Analysis

Strengths in business of Ashley’s mamihan is Located in a Barangay so

they have a lots of customer. Moreover, the owner knows what their

customers like.

Weakness is sometimes they lack on resources and other competitors get

their raw materials in a lower price so they sell the goods in a lower price.

Opportunities the Ashley’s Store offered Delivery Services in online or via

text.

Threats they have many competitors in their Barangay that means there is

a possibility of low income.

Strategy we conduct during this research is look for the business

Competitors Products or Services that makes them have many

Customers. Therefore the Ashley’s Store will be aware of what they need

to improve to their Product and services. Also for the Supplier of the
Business Ashley’s Store needs a supplier that gives low cost of The Raw

Products and can give the raw products anytime. Hence, Ashley’s Store

can sell Mami in a low price that the customer will come in their business.

In addition, Through Posting their business in Social Media they will have

a chance to recognize their business and will have many customers.

VIII. Recommendations/ Conclusion

The owner managed to incorporate great offers like delivery from house to

house. The researcher observed few things that are in need of

improvements. Based from the weakness and threats written above, the

researcher has come into a conclusion that these things are needed to be

implemented:

People nowadays use social media as a Marketing Strategy; thus, the

researcher recommends the store to create their Facebook Page to boost

the sale of their Mamihan. With so many people using the app, it can

easily reach to people and increase the audience regardless of their

barangay or niche.

The researcher would also like to recommend using a business tagline

that will be helpful in attracting and convincing the costumers to eat on

their Mamihan.
