Individual Assignment: Models of Communication

This is the Communication Model that I designed with a theme inspired from a Korean Series in
Netflix “Squid Game” as it is shown in model above, the game is simple the Team Leader is
having a conversation with the Agent. In a call center, answering a call is very crucial. They need
to follow these guide arrows towards a good communication. The Sender commanded to
answer call 456, however there is a barrier in their communication which is poor internet
connection, therefore using the decoding process, the Receiver understood what the sender
wants to say. The receiver then responded “Affirmative” as feedback to the Sender and notify
the Team Leader that his message was received.
