MODEL
1. The thesis review schedule mentioned above shall be followed and the students are expected
to keep in contact with their thesis guides for discussion of their progressive work.
2. It is compulsory for students to keep record of all meetings with external guide and internal
guide in standard format given by institute and monthly evaluation report from both guide
Need to be submit regularly by students in sealed cover.
3. Students have to accept the internal guide allotted by the thesis committee for the works. The
thesis internal guide will record the progressive works of the students.
4. You are required to be present in the college at least twice in a week. Attendance records will
be maintained by the thesis committee. Field work schedule needs to be informed and
submitted to the thesis committee before taking a break for more than a week.
5. Students have to choose external Guides [Faculties/ Architects/ Engineers] from recognized
institutes and organizations with Architectural Background or professional with more than 5
years of experience. It is compulsory to have external guide for evaluation.
6. Plagiarism of any kind would not be tolerated; students are advised not to copy the material
without mentioning the source. You can cite a source for tables, figures and use for your
purpose.
7. The format for the thesis provided shall be as described below.
8. Please take authorization letters from college before visiting any office, organization and
field.
