What did you learn in this unit regarding the different topics?
• Talk about moral dilemmas. Moral dilemmas are situations in which the individual will
violate at least one important moral concern, regardless of the decision.

• Talk about problems with goods and services. In a shop you have the right to a repair,
replacement or refund if your goods are faulty, unsafe, do not work or appear as they
should.

• Return goods and make complaints. Refunds can to depend be made only after the
goods have been returned or of have bill of your purchase.

Is good know between that there are shop taht have are giving the facility of return service in case
of receiving the defective product or not in accordance with your customer’s specifications. If the
customer is not satisfied with what he or she ordered and what is received than the customer has
a right to return it easily within the provided time and with your bill.
