Zumba Step

 Because of Aerobics, Zumba is really exciting. In different types of Zumba


dance, this is one of my favourite because two rights make it super
amazing. This workout will target your legs. Hence, the word Step.  The leg
muscles will get stronger and the rigorous workout will burn calories right
off your body.

Zumba Toning

 The movements in this Zumba dance is blended with Aerobics. The main
focus of Zumba toning is to make your arms, abs and thighs strong in a
single workout. Who wouldn’t want that? Weights are used to get the best
out of this workout.

 Top 40 dance hits

This types of music exactly the type of good music for running you muscle when you do
a pilates activity because you need to keep active and push past those mental barriers to
going one more mile.

 Although dance hits change from year to year, a few have stuck around as go-to playlist
must-haves. Pharrell Williams’ “Happy” comes to mind thanks to its irresistibly steady
beat. Many of Ke$ha’s offerings elicit similar feel-good responses. And who could forget
Katy Perry’s “Chained to the Rhythm.

When you’re looking for steady beats that will course through your veins and make
you go the distance, head straight for the rock anthems of the ages. They’re just
perfect songs to listen to while working out or do some activity like pilates.
