COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS:
a. All cellphones must be in silent mode.
b. All incoming/outgoing calls should be answered outside the meeting
venue.
c. All participants should be in the meeting venue ten (10) minutes
before the meeting.
d. POMU to present the Operational Accomplishments
e. PIDMU to present the Peace and Order Situation.
f. PARMU-Admin to present the updates of COVID19 Vaccination.
g. PARMU to issue orders to usherettes.
h. TWG Secretariat to take notes of the minutes of the meeting.
