This ''Train the Trainer'' Training program is designed to help and benefit participants to develop,
organize, and deliver effective training and to know how to assess the success of the training.
Participants learn how to apply different training methods for engaging participants, how to handle
difficult participants, how to provide training materials in a structured, clearly written manner, how
to deliver an interactive presentation and how to apply the knowledge based on educational
research to achieve prescribed training goals.
OBJECTIVES
The Objectives of This Program:

P Identify the characteristics and the roles of an effective trainer
P Understand the difference between training and presentations
P Understand the importance and types of learner's engagement
P Develop the skills of adult class management
P Develop strategies for handling challenging participants and environments

After completing the Train the Trainer training course, participants will be able to:

Faculty
An all-India double gold medalist in the Post Graduate course of Training and Development. He has been awarded
the National Samarpan Foundation award for Training Excellence by the Indian Society for Training and
Development, New Delhi. He was also awarded the Trainer Icon award by the Trainers Association. Holds a
Mechanical Engineering Degree from Goa Engineering College, Masters Degree in Human Resource
Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development, Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and
Counselling. After an initial stint with Mukund Ltd., Mumbai, and GSP, he served in Mormugao Port Trust, one of the
12 major Ports in the country under the Ministry of Shipping, and headed the HRD cell.After taking his VRS from
MPT, he was the Director of the IMTR-Institute of Management Training & Research, Margao for 10 years. He is
also the Founder Director of GITS-Goa Institute of Training & Studies. He has conducted over 100 team building & Mr. Atul Shah
leadership outbound sessions for a slew of organisations based on experiential learning for teams ranging from 50
to 250 participants including the Indian Pharma Association, Bosch, Vedanta, etc
Dr. Aneeta Madhok, is Managing Director of Open Spaces Consulting in Mumbai, India. A global professional,
HR systems expert, people person, creative thinker & writer, much sought after speaker, academician of
repute, behavioral scientist and experienced trainer. Her area of experience and expertise is in Human Resource
and Organizational Development. Her acumen in performance Management. Dr. Madhok quali ed with an
honors degree in Psychology from Delhi University and MBA in HRD from XLRI, Jamshedpur, followed by a PhD
in Managerial Leadership from Punjab University in Chandigarh India. Her corporate career in India spanned
over 12 years in various organisation.

Dr. A.C. Joshi is presently Director-ISTD and former Director (HR) of (UJVN Limited-A Govt. of
Uttarakhand Enterprise), Dehradun, GM (Personnel) THDCIL (A Miniratna, PSU), Rishikesh. In the past
Secretary and Chairman, ISTD Dehradun Chapter. He is having more than 35 years’ experience in HR &
Training. He has done his doctorate from IIT Roorkee and is a regular visiting faculty to IIT Rorkee, IIM
Kashipur and IIM Sirmour, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Graphic Era University and many
more. He is in the Advisory Board of Doon University and Glocal University. He has conducted many MDPs
for ISTD and THDC India Limited. His main areas of interest and specialization are Organizational
Behaviour, HRM, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Development and Work place Spirituality etc. He is a
photographer of International repute and has conducted many workshops in Industrial photography including
Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussorrie.
