1. I am voluntarily a participant in this motor bike tour and I will accept full responsibility for my action under all conditions. I also agree
to aid other members of the group in behaving responsibly. And I will strictly follow the instructions, timing given by group leader
during the tour.
2. I understand and appreciate that there are inherent risk involved in this adventure motor biking, and I understand that this is
beyond the control of the Himalayan Rider staff and tour leader, and I agree to personally assume such risk. Also the Himalayan
Rider and tour leader cannot be held responsible for any injuries or expenses, cost and/ or claim in connection with any injuries. I
hereby also agree to release the Himalayan Rider and its staff and tour leader from any and all claims for liability arising from my
participation in the Himalayan Rider’s motor bike tour.
3. I agree to high standard of behavior, honor and integrity; and abstinence from alcohol, tobacco and harmful drugs are required of
me and every participant involved in this tour
4. I (and/or my guardian) agree to accept full responsibility for any medical or related expense incurred which are not covered by my
own insurance policy.
5. I understand and accept that Motorbike riding adventure activities and the rates do not cover any insurance, risk cover, damages,
claims etc. A person coming on adventure tour has to be covered for adventure travel & activities apart from normal travel
insurance. Beas Himalaya or any of its service providers would not be liable in any case for any mishap/ loss etc
6. I understand and accept that it is in the nature of a holiday of this kind (High Altitude Travel or Adventure Tour) to be flexible. The
day to day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. Himalaya Rider will not be
responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to rain, landslides, snow, flood, conflict, internal
flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures and disputes. Any alterations in
programmes and any extra expenses thus incurred due to any reason beyond our control has to be settled directly if such charges
come up to make necessary amendments and arrangements for a safe passage. Failing direct settlement of expenses, the company
in operation would have to furnish us a guarantee of payment in writing and make payments before the tour services terminates.
7. I understand and accept that while traveling in Himalayan regions if due to any unforeseen circumstances like rain, landslides etc,
the itinerary may have to be changed at last minute. Incase there are any last minute changes due to operational problems, th ere
are no refunds or compensation associated with it. However, if the costs g o up due to changed itinerary the guests may have to pay
supplement costs for changed itinerary and ground arrangements.
I understand and agree with my own free will to waive off all claims which may have against Himalaya Rrider/Beas Himalaya, now
and in the future, and release from all liability and agree not to sue, Beas Himalaya/Himalayan rider and its officers, employees,
guides, agents and representatives (collectively, ‘Staff’) for any personal injury, any kind of mishap, property damage, loss or
inconvenience sustained by me as a result of joining this trip, due to any cause whatsoever including but without any limitation,
perceived negligence on the part of Beas Himalaya or its Staff.
8. I KNOW FOR ANY MINER OR BIG DAMAGE IN MOTORBIKE HIMALAYAN RIDER DOES NOT CLAM FROM INSURANCE COMPANY. IT IS
MY RESPONSIBILITY TO GIVE FULL AMOUNT FOR DAMAGE IN MOTORBIKE TO HIMALAYAN RIDER.
9. I know I am responsible for safety and security of my own luggage. Himalayan rider and its staff will not be at all responsible for the
damage/missing / lost luggage.
10. I know that in the event of a passenger traveling separately from the group should reach on his own at the hotel / appropriate place
at time and report to Himalayan Rider representative / Tour Manager. There will be no refund in failure to do so or in case the
passenger need to leave early. Any separate transport arrangement other than with the group will have to be paid by the passenger
separately. While on tour, if the passengers stray away from group and do not report on schedule, they will have to make their own
way to join up with the group as the group schedule cannot be held up. All expenses relating to rejoining the group will be b orne by
the passenger.
11. We are advised to keep our valuables with us like passport, tickets, money, camera etc.. In the case of loss the consequential
problems and cost will have to be borne by the me. Under no circumstances Himalayan Rider can be held responsible for any such
losses whenever & however it may cause. We should not leave behind any property. The Company would not be responsible or
liable in case of loss of such property under any circumstances.
12. I am fully responsible for any incident involving property damage of third party by me.
13. I am responsible for any traffic violations. This includes parking, speeding, and breaking red light, photo enforcement, and toll
violations. I am liable for all costs from any such violation. We must report such violations to a Himalayan Rider Representative as
soon as possible within the prescribed deadline for the violation
14. I know all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tours of Himalayan Rider are subject to Indian Law and Subject to the
jurisdiction of Manali court only.
15. I Know that if I will create any kind of nuisance, disobedience, create problem to other group members
then group leader is free to order me to leave the group at any place without any compensation.
16. I KNOW THAT IF I WILL LEAVE THE GROUP DURING THE TOUR THEN I HAVE TO PAY FULL AMOUNT OF
