1. What is referred as Skills for success?

I think, based on the article that I’ve read, it is referred to the non-cognitive
skills that characterized as character strengths. It is all about soft skills where you we’re
able to motivate or having an interpersonal interaction to make an impact on children’s
life. Not all the time, we always imparting to them that knowledge we have but also
those experience having a happy and memorable experience inside the classroom.
Success is not all about the having a strong knowledge about everything.

2.  Why “Character Strengths” and “Developmental Assets,” considered as non-cognitive assets?

Character strengths and developmental assets are considered as non-cognitive

assets because I think here, we don’t need to think beyond or think deep as ocean, it’s
just a naturally we can adapt to ourselves without extending more efforts to make it
learn. It’s a soft touch to ourselves that’s what we really need. That’s why character
strengths and developmental assets are considered as the assets of non-cognitive. They
are just the positive ways or traits that you can earn with others.
