• Led the implementation of Fuel Management System to track the quantity and quality of the fuel- HFO received
and consumed by the operations team in the anode production process.
• Preparing detailed Project Plan taking into consideration Cost, Site Readiness, Solution Detailing, Purchasing,
Production, and Installation/Commissioning timelines for 1.25 MTPA Aluminum Smelting Operation.
• Led the team in Reduction of specific fuel consumption from 46.83 kg/Mt to 44 Kg/Mt using DMAIC approach
