TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Petron Miles (Spend more than RM1000 and get Touch N Go Reload PIN worth
RM15) Campaign

Organiser:
1. Petron Fuel International Sdn Bhd (“Company”) is the organiser of Petron Miles
Spend More than RM1000 and get Touch N Go Reload PIN worth RM15 Campaign
(“Campaign”).

Eligibility:
2. This Campaign is open for selected Petron Miles Card members (“Members”),
subject to the following Terms and Conditions. The Members who receive the SMS
message for this Campaign are deemed eligible Members. All transactions for the
purpose of this Campaign must be swiped with a validly registered Petron Miles Card
to be considered as a valid entry.

3. Petron Miles Card members who do not receive the SMS message from the
Company for this Campaign are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in this Campaign.

Campaign Period:
4. The Campaign Period shall commence from 21st October 2021 to 1st December
2021, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at
the sole discretion of Company.

Campaign Mechanics:
5. To join the Campaign, Members who receive the SMS message for this Campaign
will have to purchase fuel product(s) (Blaze 95, Blaze 97, Blaze 100, Turbo Diesel or
Diesel Max) at any amount in a single receipt at any Petron stations.

6. All purchases must be swiped with a validly registered Petron Miles Card. The
Petron Miles Card swiped has to be the card number as indicated in the SMS
message, for example, “card number ending XXXX”.

7. If the Petron Miles Card is not swiped during fuel purchase, or another Petron
Miles Card not indicated in the SMS is swiped, or the purchase does not meet the
required criteria, the entry will be deemed as invalid.

8. The mechanics of this Campaign are that the eligible Members that spend more
than RM1000 on the purchase of fuel product(s) as listed above based on the Terms
and Conditions of this Campaign will receive Touch N Go Reload PIN worth RM15.

9. The Touch N Go Reload PIN will be sent via SMS to the eligible Members when
all the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign has been met by the eligible
Members including but not limited to spending a total fuel purchase(s) amount of
more than RM1000 within the Campaign Period.

10. All Petron Miles points and Touch N Go Reload PIN are not exchangeable for
cash or any other items or packages.

11. No entry submission or opt-in is needed to participate in the Campaign. Members


do not need to reply the SMS.

Other Terms and Conditions:

12. Petron Miles Points are not exchangeable for cash or any other items or
packages.

13. The Company reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend or
terminate the Campaign Period at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign
Period without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to vary, modify,
delete or change any of the Terms and Conditions herein contained at any time at its
absolute discretion without prior notice. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation,
extension, suspension or termination of the Campaign Period at any time prior to the
expiry of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the Members to claim any
compensation from the Company for any and all losses or damages suffered or
incurred by the Members as a result of the said cancellation, extension, suspension
or termination.

14. The Company reserves the right to substitute the point(s) with equal or of greater
value, if deemed necessary.

15. Members will fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors,
officers, employees, agents and assigns against any and all losses, liabilities, costs,
claims, charges, expenses, actions or demands (including legal costs), whether
direct or indirect arising out of a breach by him or her of these Terms and Conditions.

16. If for any reason any part of this Campaign is incapable of running as planned,
the Company may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Campaign, or invalidate any affected transactions without any further liability or any
obligation to continue the Campaign.

17. The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any part of these Terms and
Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining
parts and each part of these Terms and Conditions is distinct and at all times
severable from the rest of the Terms and Conditions.
18. The Company will not be responsible or liable for any claims, loss or damage
whatsoever, resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.

19. The Company is the final authority to decide on the interpretation of these Terms
and Conditions and as to any other matters relating to this Campaign.

20. All other Petron Miles Terms and Conditions apply.

300-888-812, Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00am to 5.00pm, and Saturday, 9.00am to
