What I Have Learned

Ponder on the following questions:

1. Why and how should we preserve indigenous knowledge?

 Stories, songs, dances, carvings, drawings, and performances are all ways that
indigenous knowledge is passed down through the generations. Global histories
of colonialism, exploitation, and dispossession, on the other hand, continue to
weaken and undervalue these elements. It is important to maintain it in order for
indigenous people to be recognized and not forgotten by future generations.

2. Why is it necessary to determine the source of information?

 It is necessary to discover the source of information in order to determine

whether or not it is a reliable source.
