Puree Processing Line: These 

lines has been studied for the processing of any kind of fruits


with or without stones, to obtain single strenght or concentrated product to be packaged in
aseptic bags.

A purée is cooked food, usually vegetables, fruits or legumes, that has been ground, pressed,
blended or sieved to the consistency of a creamy paste or liquid.

For vegetables (Carrot)

Vegetable receiving system

Washing with elevator in water tank

Add the vegetable to drum washer

Shift them to Belt sorting table

Take the vegetable to peeler elevator

Add them to steam elevator

Then add them to brush peeler

Then again to sorting table


They are shifted to flight elevator

Take the vegetable to hammer mill afterward

Then add them to rotary coil cooker

Then they are refined properly

The refined puree is shifted to holding tank

Then they are deareated, aspetically sterilized and filling is done

Then the puree is extracted in the puree extration section.

For Berries

The berries are directly added to the receiving unit and are washed and later on puree is
extracted directly.
For continental fruits with or without stones

Fruits are received in receiving system

Washing with elevator in water tank

Sorting of fruits is done

Peeling/ stone separation is done before puree extraction

Puree extration is done
