 Rules & Regulations

- As per Gov. Guideline we require Aadhar card or driving license of every member who will stay in the villa.
- Children below 18 years are not allowed / only allowed with family
- Check in : 2.00 PM & Checkout 11.00 AM
- We don't allow late check out and early check in. Late check out charges after 11.00 am ₹ 2,000 will be debited from security Deposit.
- A security deposit of INR 5,000 will be taken by the caretaker at the time of check-in which will be refunded to you at the time of checkout.
- Balance Payment along with security deposit need to pay at check in only.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- No music allowed in outdoors after 9.30 pm, can be played indoor at low volume.
- Swimming Pool Time : 2.00 PM - 9.30PM. ( Pool is strictly not allowed on checkout date & we don't allow 24x7 Pool Access.)
- Drinking and eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited.
- Kitchen Cleaning charge 500/- per night. ( Heavy Cooking is not allowed )
- Pets not allowed.
- Electricity blackouts are frequent in Lonavala. We have an inverter in the property, which
backs up electricity for up to 2 hours (depending on the usage). Inverters shall back up
lights and fans only. No monetary compensation shall be honored in case of electricity blackouts situations.

Payment Policy :
• 50% adv is compulsory to block the dates.

Cancellation Policy-
• 15 days prior to arrival date: Full Refund.
• Within 15 days of arrival date: No refund. Although reservation date can be
modified, but will be subject to getting an alternative booking of the same value
for those dates.
• Within 7 days of arrival date: No Refund or modification.
Food Package:
• Veg : 1,000 Per Head ( Unlimited 4 Meals ) Click here

• Live Barbeque – 500 Rs Additional Per head.
