1 SPECIFICATIONS:
2 The filling station shall be provided with the following features
3 1). The system must provide easy access for flushing and draining procedures
4 2). IBCs to be filled on pallets.
5 3). Controls/ control philosophy must be operator friendly
6 4). Filling nozzle to be attached to pneumatically driven cylinder block
7 5). Batch controller to control filling and close nozzle at predetermined weight
8 6). Operator control handle and filling nozzle to suit filling of IBC's
9 7). Quick release fitting for flushing purposes
10 8). Filling accuracy to be ±0.2kg or better.
11 9). All wetted parts shall be made of stainless steel
12 10). 180 degree slewing boom is required
13 11). Any paint on equipment, structure etc damaged during construction shall be repainted,
14 12). The operator control station with push buttons shall be mounted adjacent to the operator handle
15 13). Operator control station shall be provided with the following feature
16 - Push button for boom releasing/locking
17 - Start push buttons
18 - Manual load/unload push button
19 - Emergency stop push button
20 - Tare out push button
21 The following features shall also be provided on the Local control panel
22 - Auto/Manual selector switch
23 - Lamp test, reset push button

25 14). Filling nozzle raised and lowered by air cylinder block

29 18). Flexible hoses shall be fitted with camlock coupling

32 21). Heavy duty disc brakes shall be provided for position locking
33 22). At Auto filling mode, When pressing the start button the lance travels to the inside of the ibc. Machine automatically "tare out" the load and start filling cycle
34 23). At Manual filling mode, the operator will guide and/or lower the lance into the ibc opening, then press the 'Tare-out' button to tare out
35 and press the load/unload button to load and unload the drum
36 24). Asbestor is not applied for all gaskets
37 25). Vendor's scope of supply is as specified in page 1 and the attached sketch which shall include but not limited to the following:

58 26). Vendor shall responsible for the material, design, fabrication , inspection, testing, surface treatment, painting, packing and transportation.

60 28). The stainless steel equipments shall be cleaned after hydro. Test, pickling and passivation for inner surface.
61 29). Vendor shall provide the following documents together with the quotation
