2. HAZARD IDENTIFICATION
Inhalation May cause irritation. Avoid generating aerosols and mists. Vapours
may cause drowsiness and dizziness.

Skin contact Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking

Eye contact Can cause irritation.

Ingestion Do not take internally. If swallowed, can cause lung damages.

Human health hazards - Chronic Repeated or prolonged skin contact may cause dermatitis

Environmental hazards Toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in
the aquatic environment. Do not contaminate ground water system.
Prevent product from entering drains.

Physical and chemical hazards Flammable at temperature over 21 °C. Keep container tightly closed.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES


Inhalation Remove to fresh air. Obtain medical attention

Skin contact Remove contaminated clothing. Wash off affected area immediately
with soap and plenty of water. If skin irritation persists, obtain
medical attention.

Eye contact Immediately gently irrigate with clean water for at least 15 minutes.
Move eyeball and keep eyelids wide open and part whilst irrigating.

Obtain medical attention.

Ingestion Rinse mouth immediately and repeatedly with water. Do not induce
vomiting which may contaminate the lungs. Obtain immediately
medical attention.

Other information If unconscious do not give anything by mouth, and place in the
recovery position.
5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
Extinguishing media In case of fire use water spray, foam, powder, CO2. Water mist may
be used to cool closed containers.

Personal precautions Avoid the contact with eyes and skin. Take off all contaminated
clothing. Wear suitable PPE

Environmental precautions Contain spills with absorbing material (earth or sand). Do not
discharge into drains or the environment. Do not contaminate ground
water system. Do not smoke

Methods for cleaning up Small spills: Absorb with inert material, recover, then wash with
plenty of water
Large spills: dam up. Reclaim into recovery or salvage drums

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE


Handling Do not take internally. Do not breathe aerosols and mists. Avoid
contact with skin and eyes. Wash contaminated clothing before using.
Do not smoke and eat while using

Storage conditions Keep containers tightly closed in a cool well-ventilated place away
from heat and sources of ignition. Avoid accumulation of electrostatic
charges

Acute toxicity Vapour inhalation can cause respiratory tract irritation, cough and
breathing problems; greater concentrations can cause pulmonary
edema.
Ingestion can cause health disesases (stomachache, nausea, vomit).
The product contains volatile substances which can cause Central
nervous system depression with drowsiness and dizziness.
