Instructions for the Placement

1. Read JD and all the Details in Group and ERP carefully about the company.

2. Search about the Company on Google , LinkedIn & Glassdoor and then apply

3.Firstly you must know what is your Aim toward your career like Package Technology and location If
you are ready & interested for all the terms and condition then only apply

4. Your CV should be Professional, 1 page & Unique Update your CV as per company JD

5. Join the’s App group when you apply to company if in case you forgot go to applied company and join
from link

6. Read the entire MSG on group carefully and Revert back to it immediately

7. If you received Mail from company then You Must Reply to their MAIL and update on Group

8. Once you done with Interview or Any rounds then update it on Respective Company Group

9. If in case your more than 2 companies Interview time is same then inform TPO team regarding the
same

10. At any cost you will not reschedule your Interview or give any MSG to company Hr directly

11. You will convey all your MSG or Concern or problems to company only through TPO

12. If it is found that you have given any feedback or MSG to Hr directly like I want reschedule my
interview or my Preparation is not done or I am not ready for Bond , Package , Location or profile then
strict actions will be taken against that candidates.

13. You cannot leave any company group without TPO permission till the Company Process complete

14. If you are selected in one company from that moment all your further interview will be stopped and
you will be out of Placement process

15.If it is found after selection or confirmation you are directly saying company that you are not
Interested or not want join then you will be Bann Perfectly from Placement.

Interview Instruction

1. For Any company interview kindly join 10 min before

2. Make sure you have good Network connectivity, your laptop microphone and camera is working
properly.
3. You must be alone in cabin while your interview and make sure Silence in your background.

4. You cannot Skip any company interview if it is found you will suspend from placement for 1 Week

5. Update Interview questions on group once your done with interview
