RESIGNATION OF EMPLOYMENT

I am writing to inform you of my own personal decision to resign from my position as a sales and
marketing representative with Saint Parts Company Limited, effective 31 January 2022.

During my time at Saint Parts, I have learned a lot and grown professionally. Thank you for all of
your guidance and support during my employment.

I will promise below;

 From resignation date onwards, I won’t act as an employee of Saint Parts and I won’t sell your
products as a representative of Saint Parts.
 I will never leak the company confidential and personal information.
