steady rise during the lockdown period as farming became the
last resort for those who lost their urban jobs. Most daily wage
Labour's who were forced to return to their native places were
the main reason behind a 14 million rise in farm employment.if

In urban areas we can overcome unemployment by
digitally. We can develop a software or websites or androids'
apps which is an open source in that case all people can access
it. In that software whoever is in need of jobs can apply in it
with their proper resume and those who are in need of workers
can search the applications and can choose the workers and can
interview them in online in that case the search of job and
search of workers both problems can be solved in a crack of
minute.Government should encourage and develop the
agriculture-based industries in rural areas so that the rural
candidates don’t migrate to the urban areas. More employment
should be generated in rural areas for the seasonal
unemployment people.

Decentralization of Industries is necessary to reduce
unemployment If industrial activities are centralized at one place,
then employment opportunities are very less in the under
developed areas. So, Govt. should adopt such policies or take
over which encourage decentralization of industrial activity.

their stress can be diminished. Children who are taking
online class are at great pressure to avoid such condition
syllabus should be reduced and only concepts should be
taught rather than giving tons of theoretical syllabus in
that case duration of online class can be reduced and
exams should be conducted on concept-oriented way in
that case pressure on exams can be reduced. Counselling
should be given to peoples to be in mental fitness.
People should make themselves more confidence and do

condition. People those who are recovered from covid

increase in prize of other products which are transported
by using vehicles. Government who are in charge to keep
citizens in wellbeing manner started adding more and
more pressure to people to think of money. Fall of
industries, jobs and many indirectly affected country's
economies which in directly affected people. If this state
is continued then country's economy will be affected
hugely and taxes will be increased in that case peoples
will attain a huge pressure on money.

SOLUTION:
Industries, companies and so on which were closed due
to pandemic should be retained quickly to prevent the
falling economy of our country inorder to reopen
industries, companies government should provide
sufficient loans to owners through which they can
restarts and provide job to people who were howling
without money. The loan should be provided in less
interest compared to interest received in normal periods
which encourages them. Development of new
technology, example steam power and telegrams helped
productivity in the nineteenth century. Internet, AI and
computers are helping to increase productivity in the
twenty-first century.

Loans at less interest will increase the number of
consumers and it will be a starting point to retain the
closed companies and peoples who lost their jobs will get
back their jobs and turn back into their normal Lifes.
Deduction of taxes for a short period will help people to
get more time to reset their life which they lead before
pandemic. Introduction of many self-employments
business either small scale industry or large-scale
industry by acknowledge their ideas and providing
required facilities will improve country's economy.
