involved in the business of Metal industry. We are a team of people from Steel plant background,
having experienced in Project planning, execution and operation.

M/s ASC Techno Solutions India Private Ltd is a subsidiary company of M/s Synergy international
FZE ,UAE who is already in the International market for more than one decade.

We focus on Industries for their requirement of Plant Equipments and its systems, Spare parts and
Engineering projects & support services.  It is our pleasure to introduce ourselves and kindly request

a. Design, supply and turnkey solutions for the reheating furnace.
b. Solutions for Improvements in Furnace operation like reduction of scale loss,
efficiency improvement in specific consumption.
c. Supply of spares like burners, heat resistant castings, refractory bricks etc.

2. Rolling Mill Guides

a. Supply of all types of entry and exit guide boxes as per the requirement of each
sections.
b. Spares and components supply for guide boxes like rollers, static guide, guide
arms, exit nozzles etc.

The above items are supplied with appropriate material and adequate heat treatment for the
extended life of components to reduce the down time.

3. Total project management for setting up of New Rolling Mill with all utilities

4. Revamping of existing rolling mill to increase capacity, productivity, utilization etc.

5. Optimisation project for head and tail cutting for shear.     

B. Steel Melt Shop

1. Project management for setting up of new Induction furnace with all utilities.

a. Design, supply and turnkey solutions for Bag house type dust control system for
furnace.
b. Spares and filter bags supply for the pollution control system.
3. Billet length cutting Optimisation for the CCM.
4. Jet Burner / Oxy Fuel Burner for Electric Arc Furnace (Burner system).
 5. Nitrogen / Argon Purging system.
6. Slag Detection system in EAF, Ladles, Tundish etc.

C. Supply of Spares and other machined and fabricated items.

ALUMINIUM AND COPPER INDIUSTRY( Application for AIR,NITORGEN,ARGON,CO2,OXYGEN, NATURAL GAS
etc),  LADLE PURGING STATION (ARGON/NITROGEN), ELECTRIC ARC FURNACE BOTTOM STIRRING STATION,
LADLE SHROUD SHIELDING UNIT FOR CCM (LADLE – CCM), TEST UNIT FOR PURGE PLUGS. We are authorized
for Middle East, India and African region.

M/s AGELLIS Sweden – Slag Detection and sampling system for EAF, LF & Tundish of Steel Melt
Shops. Our Group Company M/s Synergy International is authorized for Middle East region and
we associate with them for the projects in Middle East Region.

M/s American Sensors- USA - Hot Metal Detectors with AGC, IS - INFRARED SCANNERS with
AGC, PYROMETERS etc for Metal industry. Our Group Company M/s Synergy International is
authorized for Middle East region and we associate with them for the projects in Middle East
Region.
