1 Washer fluid reservoir 3 Electrical connectors M5/2 Headlamp cleaning system pump
(with code 600 (Headlamp cleaning
system))
2 Washer fluid hose connections M5/1 Windshield washer system pump

Remove/install
1 Raise vehicle with vehicle lift AR00.60-P-1000AK
2 Turn the steering to the left
3 Detach left front fender liner and lift until AR88.10-P-1300NKB
washer fluid reservoir (1) is accessible
4 Disconnect electrical connectors (3) at Headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2)
windshield washer system pump (M5/1) or at only on vehicles with CODE 600 (Headlamp
headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2) cleaning system)
5 Release latches at washer fluid hose Collect washer fluid which flows out.
connections (2) by twisting and disconnect
washer fluid hoses
6 Remove windshield washer system pump Collect washer fluid which flows out.
(M5/1) from washer fluid reservoir (1)
Installation: Check gasket, replace if
necessary.

7 Remove headlamp cleaning system pump MODEL 117, 156, 176, 242, 246
(M5/2) from washer fluid reservoir (1) with CODE 600 (Headlamp cleaning system)
Collect washer fluid which flows out.
Installation: Check gasket, replace if
necessary.

8 Install in the reverse order
9 Fill washer fluid reservoir (1)
