2. (50 pts) How do we determine the binding mode between a big molecule (DNA
that has multiple binding sites, for example) and a small molecule (protein). Your
answer should start from the rationales of the experiments, then moving on to
what quantity you measure/determine from the experiments and finally how you
analyze the obtained data from the experiments to reach the conclusions of the
binding mode.
