Points to Remember for Door Issues:
 Door slowly closing/opening
can adjust by jumper setting in car top station (accerlation/deaccerlation),
OLT/CLT Adjustment.
 Door Fastly Closing/Opening
can adjust by jumper setting in car top station (accerlation/deaccerlation), OLT/CLT
Adjustment.
 Door Fastly closing & Reduce speed later
can adjust OLT/CLT, as well as through jumper setting in car top station.
 Door Half close and again opening , this repeats
Door load sensor can adjust by jumper setting in car top station.
Single Beam/ Multi Beam Photo Electric Sensor should be checked
 Door Closing with vibration:
Car door Motor encoder has to check and door motor belt tension has to
check.
 No Movement in Door Motor.
Door Motor Voltage has to check
Door motor can be easily identify as defective by checking all three phase's
ohm value (ohm value of all three phase should be equal for good door motor)
 Single Beam/ Multi Beam Photo Electric Sensor wires has to be connected
with correct polarity.
 OLT/CLT pins were look similar so care full in inserting in car top pcb.
 Door Open / Close button has to cross check with #21,#22 Signals
if door operation is in reverse motor revolution direction has to readjust by
jumper setting in car top.
OIL / GREASE FOR OLD TYPES
Buffer Oil = #3, #4
Rope Oil = #6
Grease = #5
Gear Oil = #51
Rail Oil = #52
GREASE For Latest Nexiez Type:
For Internal Brake MRL(PMF-MELINA) Elevator = #25 Grease (220 gm)
For External Brake MRL (PM-AMEC) Elevator = #5 Grease (220 gm)
Basic Trouble shooting Procedures:
 Check the following Conditions of the troubled elevator.
a)Elevator Cabin is in which Floor.
b) Check for any human Entrapment is there if yes means, first of all communicate
with the person entrapped, give him confidence that you are elevator expert and will
rescue very soon. immediately proceed rescue process.
b) Elevator Cabin is in Floor level? if not how much difference
c) All Indicators are working fine (lighting or not) including Hall Button, COP, Hall
Lantern
d) Leds in Control Panel / incase of MRL Elevators Safety Leds in Hall Inspection
Panel are fine?
e) Door Condition ( whether door is not opening/closing or door is repeatedly open
/close. (or) door is producing abnormal vibration/ jerk etc.
f) Check Error Code in control panel ( Both current and latch Errors)
g) Measure rated voltages as required (Based on Error List)
h) Never try to reset control until note down all error codes including latch error
details.
Tips to solve Floor Vicinity Issues:
Case 1:

FLOOR UP DOWN

4 +4 MM N/A
3 +4 MM +4 MM

2 +4 MM +4 MM
1 N/A +4 MM
Only should adjust pad switch
Case 2:
FLOOR UP DOWN

4 +4 MM N/A
3 +4 MM - 4 MM

2 +4 MM - 4 MM
1 N/A - 4 MM
Adjust PTSH (Pattern Shift) SET1 = 1, SET0 = ?
Case 3:
FLOOR UP DOWN
4 0 MM N/A
3 0 MM -4 MM

2 0 MM -4 MM
1 N/A -4 MM
Adjust DNSH (Down Shift) SET1 = 2, SET 0 = ?
Case 4:
FLOOR UP DOWN
4 0 MM N/A
3 +2 MM +2 MM
2 - 3 MM -3 MM
1 N/A -1 MM
Adjust PAD PLATE or FSHIFTSET1 = 5, SET 0 = ?

DNSH & FSHIFT will not Applicable in Re level Option Enabled Elevators.
