PROK HDPE
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
The PROK HDPE composite roller
uses a specially formulated
reinforced polymer matrix to
produce a lightweight, belt
friendly, wear resistant roller.
PROK HDPE is a lightweight heavy-duty
alternative to a steel roller. The
lightweight, low noise construction is
also belt friendly, meaning that your
people and your belt are at lower risk
when using PROK HDPE rollers.
PROK HDPE has been specifically
developed for long life in heavy duty
applications.
It incorporates useful features such as a
visual wear indicator to lower
maintenance costs and PROK’s friction
welded bearing housing construction to
ensure there is no risk of end-cap walk
over time.

VISUAL WEAR INDICATOR
FOR PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE
Our two toned co-extruded tube creates a
visual indicator that identifies when a roller
needs to be replaced, simplify maintenance.
FRICTION WELDED HOUSING
FOR INSEPERABLE CONNECTION
Bearing housings are fused to the composite
tube, providing an uninterrupted melt stream
and eliminating the risk of the bearing housing
walking out.
INTEGRATED SEALING DESIGN
FOR RELIABLE PERFORMANCE
A non-metallic housing and three-tiered sealing
system, complete with a multi labyrinth seal and
contact seal, means bearings are well protected
from contaminants.
