I. Read the following text and answer True or False

BALI

Bali is a 5,623 sq. km Indonesian island located east of Java. Some years

ago, getting to Bali required changing planes in Bangkok, Singapore or Jakarta.

Nowadays, since it has become a popular tourist destination, and there is an

increasing number of direct connections between Bali and other major cities.

Bali has many attractions, like stunning views of rice fields, rivers, seaweed

farms, coastline, jungle, and volcanoes blowing halos of white clouds. You can also
enjoy sightseeing around Bali’s magnificent scenery like the Jimbaran bay and Kuta

beach and the famous Tanah Lot temple. Other destinations are the island of Lombok

and the three Gili islands, as well as the nearby beautiful green valleys and waterfalls.

Don’t miss Senggigi, the major tourist spot on the island, or the capital city of Mataram

and Kuta on the southern shore of Lombok. Finally visit Nusa Penida and Nusa

Lembongan and enjoy the colorful corals and idyllic beaches.

THE SEYCHELLES ISLANDS

The Seychelles are located in the western part of the Indian Ocean, northeast
of Madagascar, formerly a British colony. The 400,000 sq km country is inhabited by
approximately 70, 000 people. It is an isolated archipelago of outstanding natural
beauty that comprises about 115 islands.
There are granite and coral islands, and both have luxuriant tropical forest and
vegetation, apart from screw pines, tortoise trees and the giant coco de mer palm,
which is unique to the Seychelles and lives for up to 1,000 years. The fauna of these
islands includes fruit bats, flying foxes, geckos and skinks (types of lizards), giant
tortoises, many species of rare birds, Seychelles kestrel (a type of falcon), black
parrot, and paradise flycatchers. Four islands have been declared distinct bird
sanctuaries, including Bird Island, which is inhabited by millions of fairy terns.
The climate in the Seychelles is tropical marine and humid: There are two
seasons: The Dry Season, with cooler weather (May to October); and the Wet
Season, with warmer weather (November to April).
