Role Summary:

Purpose:
To build sustainable and effective channel by identify & develop field & non field level learning initiatives;

Role Requirements:

Education: Post Graduate Degree in Management

Experience Range: Experience of around 9 to 12 years in insurance or relevant industries

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Outlook

 To Create L&D Framework, detailing scope of programs, objectives and progression of Channel Learning
Objectives;
 Content development - basis Instructional Design System / adult learning principles and uploading the same
on the LMS ; To focus on facilitators to deliver more engaging learning experiences that improve throughput
and reduce 90-day attrition;
 Responsible for LMS development, testing and implementation for Channel Field / Non field audience.
 Uploading and recording sessions, managing nominations and registrations, circulating invites, creating
surveys, concluding sessions, marking attendance, crediting users with learning hours and creating bulk
certificates for completion.
 Implementing Competency framework and related initiatives
 Handling Bulk assignments of training programs to teams across the channel; Managing end-user queries
 Conducting Assessment Centers and Development Centers
 Supporting ad-hoc projects on request. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders Support new joiners in
induction/trainings programs

Vendor Management

 Manage relationships with vendors for cost effective and timely services
 Review performance of existing vendors. Provide feedback and take corrective action to address identified
issues (delivery related, process related)
 Ensure timely payment of vendor fees
 Ensure on-boarding of new vendors as required and ensure adherence to the process for new vendor
empanelment (vendor evaluation, contracts/ agreements, approvals)

Process improvement and Automation

 Ensure adherence to organization/channel specific wide policies and processes


 Create the relevant processes and procedures

MIS & Reporting

 Maintaining weekly reports and attending biweekly calls with the stakeholders.
 Ensure creation & maintenance of all Channel Development related MIS
 Publish monthly dashboards and prepare the relevant reports as required by the Management Channel.
