INFERENCE :
▪ It is seen clearly that there are no proper
facilities and educational institutes available
in comparison to population this area.
▪ Major building facing towards the road are
mixed used and commercial.
▪ Major of buildings are residential used.
▪ In streets the all corner are mixed used
(ground floor corner shops are amenities
shops and first floor are residential).
▪ Khadi side open area are plots and green
patches are restricted.
▪ We can also find many gardens and green
parks near khadi facing lands.

INFERENCE :
▪ From the survey we came to know that
there are almost equal number of
ground & ground + 1 buildings.
▪ People in this area are living since so
many years. But they don’t shift in other
area.
▪ When they have shortage of space
they increase number of floors &
rooms.
▪ The owners of building live in ground
floor and another floors they rented
the rooms or floor to other families and
workers to live there.

INFERENCE :
▪ From the survey it can be found that 57
% people are living in rented house.
▪ 37% of family people ae living in own
houses + rented rooms or house.
▪ Remaining 6 % mostly family people
are living in bungalows.
▪ The most of people are in textile
industry workers & housewife they
work form home.

INFERENCE :
• Surat has witnessed substantial growth
with the periods of 2001 to 2020 in
