Use Printer Services User-Level Maintenance

Use the System Administrator Guide and the User Use the User Guide, System Administrator Guide, and
Guide to: Instruction Sheets to:
 Download and install the print/scan drivers, and  Locate the serial number and software version
print a job (from USB or network)
 Replace the Toner Cartridges, Drum Cartridges,
 Configure wireless or network connections Waste Toner Cartridge, Transfer Belt Cleaner, and
DADF Feed Rollers
 Generate simplex and duplex copies from thep
glass and DADF  Check and report the fault history
 Configure the Address Book for a contact  Update the printer software – download the latest
version from www.support.xerox.com/support/ and
 Scan an image using scanning apps (Scan To…, use EWS to install the update
Scan To USB, Scan to Desktop)
 Email a document to a recipient
 Print the user-level test pages for image quality, a
configuration page, and an Error Message Report
