We intend to purchase 50,000MT +/- 10% Steam(Non-Coking) Coal of Indonesian Origin

for our reputed and regular customers in power sector in India. The required
specifications along with terms & conditions which form as part of our enquiry are
indicated below:

2. Minimum 50000(+/-10%) MT
3. Delivery : FOB MV at agreed Indonesian load port/anchorage. GLN or its associate
company shall be chartering the vessel and laycan details of the same shall be shared with
seller well in time.
4. Period : Since it’s a regular ongoing requirement, 1-2 shipments of specified coal may
be offered every month based on availability.
5. Quality determination : Seller will propose 3 independent inspection agencies, out of
which one agreed agency shall be conducting sampling and analysis of loaded coal in MV
at load port/anchorage. Results so derived by inspection agency shall be final and binding
for any commercial purposes.

6. Mine source of coal : Seller shall be required to share details of mines from where coal will be
supplied. Necessary documents shall be shared by seller for verification. If required, seller shall
facilitate the visit of Glentech’s authorized representative to visit concerned mine, jetty etc.

7. Form A1: It is mandatory for seller to submit Certificate of Origin in Form A1(ASEAN-INDIA
FREE TRADE AREA PREFERENTIAL TARIFF CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN) duly indicating the HS
Code assigned for Steam Coal and issued by appropriate authority to enable buyer to use at
Indian customs for Basic Duty determination.

8. Terms of payment : We are pleased to state that we have LC arrangements with HSBC, CITI
Bank and DBS, Singapore. Payment terms as agreed to shall be adhered to by our company.

We are willing to open LC as per agreed terms and approved draft, however we shall prefer
(at least initially with new supplier) to make payment through TT on barge basis. Means,
for every barge that carries coal from jetty to our chartered MV, payment shall be made
immediately through TT for that barge quantity upon loading into MV. This process will be
simultaneous and beneficial both
