Philippines and Korea have both cultures that are influenced by Asian
and Western culture. They are both invaded by Japan during WWII era, as with
most Asian countries. But in terms of traditions and their way of living, people in
the Philippines are more generous towards people unlike Korean they do not have
a tradition of inviting people over to their homes to have dinner or even just hang
out, and it has nothing to do with the size of their houses. Another thing is wearing
shoes or outdoors slippers inside the house are generally accepted in the
Philippines but not in Korea. This is definitely considered unhygienic and rude.
