1 – Sarah is a twelve-year-old girl. She is tall and slim. She doesn’t like skirts, so she always wears jeans and a T-shirt
or a sweater. She is sociable and friendly.

2 – Peter is short and thin. He has got big eyes and short curly hair. He usually wears glasses. He is hard-working and
quiet.

3 – Jack and Luke are twin brothers. They have got blonde hair and a small mouth. Jack is medium height and fat, but
Luke is tall and thin. Jack loves wearing shorts and flip flops and Luke prefers trousers and trainers. They’re very
different.

4 – My best friend is Victoria. She’s tall and slim and she loves wearing fancy clothes. She has got lots of dresses and
lovely jackets. Her hair is long and wavy. She’s so beautiful!

Diana: Hey, Lucy. How are you? This is my older sister, Melanie.
Lucy: Hi, Diana. Hi, Melanie. Nice to meet you. You don’t look like sisters…
Melanie: Ha! Ha! People tell us that all the time.

she’s short. So you really are different from each other.
Diana: Melanie is the tallest girl in my family and she’s also the nicest and funniest.
Melanie: Oh, thank you, sis. You don’t usually say friendly things like that… Are you feeling OK?
Lucy’s mum: Lucy, come inside, please. I need your help to prepare dinner.
Lucy: On my way, Mum! Well, I have to go! See you on Monday.
