Ans- AIR will be used by the large organization due to large number of candidates hiring
is done in every span of time. This will reduce the time of the company in recruiting
process and screening of resumes can be done very quickly and efficiently. Those
companies can also adopt this AIR whose hiring process is very long and it will help them
to automate the entire hiring process, starting from job role to onboarding. We also know
that in covid times the recruitment process is done virtually by many companies. This
software will help many organisations who believe in efficient and effective work.
According to me those companies will buy this who are dependent upon the technology
and enough smart to reduce the work. The companies first objective should be to hire the
right candidate and never made recruitment an easy task which is mostly hard in large
organizations.

Ans – The factors I will decide during the pricing structure are:
• Reliability of the product- If the product is good in quality or performance.
• Task oriented- If product is focused on task.
• Depend on the structure and if it is valuable to the customers.
• Based on AI technology

Ans- I will contact to hiring manager who are responsible for the hiring process of
the candidates. This product will help them to reduce their work while screening
the resumes of the candidates. However, with the software they can do it quickly
the whole process without wasting much time. It will be easy for them to maintain
the software as they possess the knowledge of the recruiting process. The AI id
created for the HR professionals on how AI can automate the workflow to engage,
screen, and assess candidates more effectively. To find the right candidate is one
of the biggest challenges that HR teams face today.
