    This is to certify that pursuant to the provisions contained in Chapter VI of the Companies Act, 2013, the above mentioned charge
    has been modified in the following manner:
    The charge on stock of all goods and book-debts/receivables of the Company - both present and future stands enhanced from
    Rs. 432.00 lakhs to Rs. 534.00 lakhs to secure all amounts payable under enhanced OCC/ODBD limit of Rs. 200.00 lakhs,
    renewed BG limi t of Rs. 300.00 lakhs and WCDL of Rs. 34.00 lakhs granted to/enjoyed by the Company together with all
    interests, costs, charges, expenses, commission etc.
    Interest rate shall be 2.65% p.a. above ongoing RLLR of the Bank at monthly rest or at such rate(s) as may be specified by the
    Bank from time to time with an overdue interest of 2% p.a. over and above the interest rate charged in the account, in case of
    default for OCC/ODBD limit and Commission as per Bank Rules for BG limit.
    WCDL to carry interest @ 0.60% + RLLR of the Bank at monthly rest.
    Margin shall be 25% against stocks, 40% against book-debts for OCC/ODBD limit and 25% for BG limit.
    Other terms and conditions remained the same.
    and the above modification has been registered and assigned a Charge Identification Number as mentioned above in the
    Register of Charges, in accordance with the provisions contained in that behalf in Chapter VI of the said Act.
