1. Please read the verse (ayah) which is the meaning

The Day when a person will flee from his own brother (Q.S.Abasa: 34)
JAWAB :
ِ ‫يوم ي ِفُّر الْمرء ِمن‬
‫َأخ ِيه‬
٣٤ :‫عبس‬
ْ ُ ْ َ َ َ َْ
Some faces that Day will be smiling (pleased) (Q.S.Abasa: 38)
JAWAB :
٣٨ :‫عبس‬ ٌ‫ُو ُجوهٌ َي ْو َمِئ ٍذ ُم ْس ِفَرة‬

Therefore, do not treat the orphan with harshness (roughness)(Q.S.Dhuha: 9)

4. Soal 4: Please read the verse (ayah) which is the meaning
Verily, with every difficulty, there is ease (Q.S.Ash-Syar-h: 5)

٥ :‫الشرح‬ ‫فَِإ َّن َم َع الْعُ ْس ِر يُ ْسًرا‬

Indeed, to your Lord is the return (Q.S.Al-Alaq: 8)
JAWAB :
٨ :‫العلق‬ ‫الر ْج َعى‬

ُّ ‫ك‬َ ِّ‫ِإ َّن ِإىَل َرب‬
We have indeed revealed this (Message) in the Night of Power (Q.S.Al-Qadr: 1)

١ :‫القدر‬ ‫ِإنَّا َأْنَزلْنَاهُ يِف لَْيلَ ِة الْ َق ْد ِر‬

'O you peaceful soul.'(Q.S. Al Fajr: 27)

٢٧ :‫الفجر‬ ُ‫س الْ ُمطْ َمِئنَّة‬ َّ ‫يَا َأيَُّت َها‬

Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful (unthankful)(Q.S.Al-'Aadiyaat: 6)

‫ود‬
Until you visit the graves (Q.S.At-Takaathur: 2)

Again, you soon shall know! (Q.S.At-Takaathur:4)

َ ‫مُثَّ َكال َس ْو‬
No! But you do not honor the orphan(Q.S. Al Fajr: 17)

They should therefore worship the Lord of this House (Q.S. Quraysh: 3)

Thinking that his wealth would make him last forever (immortal)! (Q.S.Al-Humazah: 3)

ْ ُ‫َأن َمالَه‬ ُ ‫حَيْ َس‬
And there is none like Him (Q.S.Al-Ikhlaas: 4)

َ ‫َومَلْ يَ ُك ْن لَهُ ُك ُف ًوا‬
Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the Dawn (daybreak)(Q.S.Al-Falaq:1)

١ :‫الفلق‬ ِّ ‫قُ ْل َأعُوذُ بَِر‬

‫ب الْ َفلَ ِق‬
So pray to your Lord and sacrifice [to Him alone] (Q.S. Al Kawthar: 2)

‫ك َواحْنَْر‬ ِ َ‫ف‬
٢ :‫الكوثر‬ َ ِّ‫ص ِّل لَرب‬

And Wecreated you in pairs (Q.S.An-Naba': 8)

ً ‫َو َخلَ ْقنَا ُك ْم َْأز َو‬
And made your sleep for rest (Q.S.An-Naba': 9)

٩ :‫النبأ‬ ‫َو َج َعْلنَا َن ْو َم ُك ْم ُسبَاتًا‬

And made the day for livelihood (Q.S.An-Naba': 11)

They will dwell therein for ages (Q.S.An-Naba':23)

Have We not expanded thee your breast? (Q.S.Ash-Syar-h: 1)

Hearts that Day will be in agitation (anxiety) (Q.S.An-Naazi'aat:8)

And indeed (appointed) over you are the keepers (Q.S.Al-Infitaar: 10)

24. Soal 24: Please read the verse (ayah) which is the meaning
And said, "I am your Lord, most high." (Q.S.An-Naazi'aat :24)
JAWAB :
٢٤ :‫النازعات‬ ْ ‫ال َأنَا َربُّ ُك ُم‬

‫األعلَى‬ َ ‫َف َق‬
"Go to Fira’un. Indeed, he has indeed transgressed (lapsed/ do wrong/misbehabed) (Q.S.An-
Naazi'aat:17)
JAWAB :
١٧ :‫النازعات‬ ‫ب ِإىَل فِْر َع ْو َن ِإنَّهُ طَغَى‬

ْ ‫ا ْذ َه‬
'And let me guide you to you Lord, so you would fear Him?' (Q.S.An-Naazi'aat: 19)

١٩ :‫النازعات‬ َ ِّ‫ك ِإىَل َرب‬
‫ك َفتَ ْخ َشى‬ َ َ‫َو َْأهدي‬
And when the girl [who was] buried alive is asked (Q.S.Attakwir: 8)

‫ت‬َ‫ل‬‫وِإ َذا الْموءودةُ سِئ‬

٨ :‫التكوير‬ ْ ُ َ ُ َْ َ
And when Paradise is brought near (Q.S.Attakwir: 13)

‫ت‬ ‫ف‬ِ‫وِإ َذا اجْل نَّة ُأزل‬

١٣ :‫التكوير‬ ْ َ ْ َُ َ

So remind, [O Muhammad]; you are only a reminder (Q.S.Al-Ghasiyah: 21)

٢١ :‫الغاشية‬
َ ْ‫فَ َذ ِّك ْر ِإمَّنَا َأن‬
‫ت ُم َذ ِّكٌر‬
Then Allah will punish him with the greatest punishment (Q.S.Al-Ghasiyah: 24)
JAWAB:
٢٤ :‫الغاشية‬
َ ‫َفُي َع ِّذبُهُ اللَّهُ الْ َع َذ‬
‫اب األ ْكَبَر‬
So remind, if the reminder should benefit (Q.S.Al ‘Ala: 9)

‫الذ ْكَرى‬ ِ ‫فَ َذ ِّكر ِإ ْن َن َفع‬
٩ :‫األعلى‬
َ ْ
Then, he neither dying there nor living(Q.S.Al ‘Ala: 13)

١٣ :‫األعلى‬ ‫وت فِ َيها َوال حَيْيَا‬

ُ ُ‫مُثَّ ال مَي‬
And [by] the moon when it becomes full(Q.S.Al-Inshiqag: 18)

١٨ :‫االنشقاق‬ ‫َوالْ َق َم ِر ِإ َذا اتَّ َس َق‬

We will ease him toward ease (Q.S.Al-layl: 7)
JAWAB:
٧ :‫الليل‬ ‫فَ َسُنيَ ِّسُرهُ لِْليُ ْسَرى‬

35. Soal 1 Please read the verse (ayah) which is the meaning
And other faces that Day will be dust-stained (Q.S.'Abasa:40)
JAWAB:
٤٠ :‫عبس‬ ٌ‫َو ُو ُجوهٌ َي ْو َمِئ ٍذ َعلَْي َها َغَبَرة‬

So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship] (Q.S.Ash-Syarh:
7)
JAWAB:
٧ :‫الشرح‬ ‫ب‬
ْ‫ص‬ َ ‫فَِإ َذا َفَر ْغ‬
َ ْ‫ت فَان‬
And all things have We preserved (enumerated) on writing (Q.S.An-Naba' :29)
JAWAB:
‫صْينَاهُ كِتَابًا‬ ٍ
٢٩ :‫النبأ‬
َ ‫َأح‬
ْ ‫َو ُك َّل َش ْيء‬
But he only seeks the pleasure of his Lord Who is the Most High (Q.S.Al-layl: 20)

٢٠ :‫الليل‬ ْ ‫ِإال ابْتِغَاءَ َو ْج ِه َربِِّه‬
‫األعلَى‬
39. Please translate the following ayah into good English
٦ :‫االنفطار‬ َ ِّ‫يَا َأيُّ َها اإلنْ َسا ُن َما َغَّر َك بَِرب‬

‫ك الْ َك ِر ِمي‬
JAWAB:
O man! What has seduced you from your Lord Most Beneficent?(Q.S.Al-Infitaar: 6)
‫ني‬ِ‫األول‬
َّ ‫ري‬ ِ ‫ال َأس‬
‫اط‬ َ ‫ق‬
َ ‫ا‬ ‫ن‬ ‫ت‬ ‫ا‬‫آي‬ ِ ‫ِإ َذا ُتْتلَى علَي‬
‫ه‬
١٣ :‫المطففين‬ َ ُ َ َ ُ َ َْ
JAWAB:
When Our Signs are rehearsed to him, he says, "Tales of the ancients!"(Q.S.Al-
Mutaffifiin: 13)
٢١ :‫االنشقاق‬ ‫َوِإ َذا قُ ِرَئ َعلَْي ِه ُم الْ ُق ْرآ ُن ال يَ ْس ُج ُدو َن‬

JAWAB:
And when the Qur'an is read to them, they fall not prostrate. (Q.S.Al-Insyiqaaq: 21)
‫ود‬ ِ‫وهم علَى ما ي ْفعلُو َن بِالْمْؤ ِمن‬

٧ :‫البروج‬ ٌ ‫ني ُش ُه‬
َ ُ َ َ َ َ َُْ
JAWAB:
And they witnessed (all) that they were doing against the Believers.(Q.S. Al-Buruuj: 7)
٩ :‫البروج‬ ‫ض َواللَّهُ َعلَى ُك ِّل َش ْي ٍء َش ِهي ٌد‬

ِ ‫األر‬ ‫و‬
ْ َ ََ
ِ ‫السماو‬
‫ات‬ َّ ‫ك‬
ُ ‫ل‬
ْ ‫م‬
ُُ‫ه‬َ‫ل‬ ‫ي‬ ِ َّ‫ال‬
‫ذ‬
JAWAB:
Him to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness to
all things.(Q.S.Al-Buruuj : 9)
٧ :‫األعلى‬ ‫ِإال َما َشاءَ اللَّهُ ِإنَّهُ َي ْعلَ ُم اجْلَ ْهَر َو َما خَيْ َفى‬
JAWAB:
Except as Allah wills: For He knows what is manifest (clear) and what is hidden.(Q.S.Al-
A'laa: 7)
‫اص ْوا بِالْ َم ْرمَحَِة‬ َّ ِ‫اص ْوا ب‬ ِ َّ‫مُثَّ َكا َن ِمن ال‬
١٧ :‫البلد‬
َ ‫الصرْبِ َوَت َو‬ َ ‫ين َآمنُوا َوَت َو‬‫ذ‬
َ َ
JAWAB:
Then will he be of those who believe, and enjoin patience, and enjoin deeds of kindness and
compassion (sympathy). (Q.S.Al-Balad: 17)
ِ ‫الصاحِل‬
ٍ ُ‫ات َفلَهم َأجر َغير مَمْن‬
‫ون‬ َّ ‫وا‬ُ‫ل‬ ِ ‫ِإال الَّ ِذين آمنُوا وع‬
‫م‬
٦ :‫التين‬
ُْ ٌْ ْ ُ َ ََ َ َ
JAWAB:
Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing
(certain, lasting, constant). (Q.S.At-Tiin: 6)

‫ك ُه ْم َخْيُر الْرَبِ يَِّة‬ ‫ِئ‬‫ل‬
َ ‫ُأو‬ ِ
‫ات‬ ‫الصاحِل‬
َّ ‫وا‬ُ‫ل‬‫م‬ِ ‫ع‬ ‫و‬ ‫وا‬‫ن‬ ‫آم‬ ‫ين‬‫ذ‬ِ َّ‫ِإ َّن ال‬
٧ :‫البينة‬ َ َ ََ َ َُ
JAWAB:
Indeed, they who have believed and done righteous deeds – they are the best of creatures
(Q.S.Al-Bayyinah: 7).

ِ ِ ٌ ‫رس‬
٢ :‫البينة‬
ُ ‫ول م َن اللَّه َيْتلُو‬
‫ص ُح ًفا ُمطَ َّهَر ًة‬ َُ
JAWAB:
A Messenger from Allah, reciting purified scriptures(Q.S.Al-Bayyinah: 2)
١٠ :‫النازعات‬ ‫ودو َن يِف احْلَافَِر ِة‬ ‫ِئ‬

ُ ‫َي ُقولُو َن َأ نَّا لَ َم ْر ُد‬
JAWAB:
They are [presently] saying, "Will we indeed be returned to [our] former state [of life]?
(Q.S.Annaziat 10)
ِ ٍ ‫يومِئ‬
٦ :‫الزلزلة‬ ْ ‫َّاس َأ ْشتَاتًا لُيَر ْوا‬
‫َأع َماهَلُ ْم‬ ‫ن‬
ُ ُ ‫ال‬ ‫ر‬ ‫د‬
ُ ‫ص‬
ْ ‫ي‬
َ ‫ذ‬ َ َْ
JAWAB:
On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had
done) (Q.S.Az-Zalzalah: 6)
١٩ :‫االنفطار‬ ‫األمُر َي ْو َمِئ ٍذ لِلَّ ِه‬ ‫و‬

ْ َ ‫ًْئ‬‫ا‬ ‫ي‬‫ش‬َ ٍ
‫س‬ ‫ف‬
ْ ‫ن‬ِ‫يوم ال مَتْلِك َن ْفس ل‬
َ ٌ ُ َ َْ
JAWAB:
(It will be) the Day when no soul shall have power (to do) aught (anything) for another:
For the command that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah (Q.S.Al-Infitaar 19)
ِ ‫الساع‬
٤٢ :‫النازعات‬ ‫اها‬ ‫س‬ ‫ر‬
َ َ ُْ‫م‬ ‫ن‬
َ ‫ا‬ ‫ي‬
َّ‫َأ‬ ‫ة‬ َ َّ ‫ك َع ِن‬
َ َ‫يَ ْسَألُون‬
JAWAB:
They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival?(Q.S.Annaziat: 42)
ِ َ‫فَما لَه ِمن ُق َّو ٍة وال ن‬
‫اص ٍر‬
١٠ :‫الطارق‬
َ ْ ُ َ
JAWAB:
Then man will have no power or any helper (Q.S.At-tariq 10)
54. Listen to the following verse (ayah) attentively:
‫ك َكْي ًدا ِإ َّن‬ ُ ‫ك َفيَ ِك‬

َ َ‫يدوا ل‬ َ ِ‫اك َعلَى ِإ ْخ َوت‬
َ َ‫ص ُرْؤ ي‬ ْ ‫ص‬ ُ ‫ال يَا بُيَنَّ ال َت ْق‬
َ َ‫ق‬
٥ :‫ني يوسف‬ ِ ‫الشَّيطَا َن لِإلنْس‬
ٌ ِ‫ان َع ُد ٌّو ُمب‬ َ ْ
The above-mentioned verse (ayah) describes short messages of the Prophet Ya’qub to the
Prophet Yusuf. Please mention two of them.
JAWAB
1. "O my son, do not relate (tell) your vision (dream) to your brothers
2. They will contrive (arrange) against you a plan.

3. Indeed Satan, to man, is a manifest (obvious) enemy.
55. Listen to the following verses (ayah) attentively:
ِ ‫ ود‬.‫اه ًدا ومبشِّرا ونَ ِذيرا‬
‫اعيًا ِإىَل اللَّ ِه بِِإ ْذنِِه‬ ِ ‫اك ش‬
َ َ ً َ ً َُ َ َ َ َ‫يَا َأيُّ َها النَّيِب ُّ ِإنَّا َْأر َس ْلن‬
٤٦ - ٤٥ :‫سراجا منِريا األحزاب‬ ِ‫و‬
ً ُ ً َ َ
(Q.S. Al Ahzab: 45-46)
The above-mentioned verses (ayah) describe some duties delegated by God to the Prophet
Muhammad SAW. Please mention two of them.
JAWAB
 Allah has sent you as a witness
 Allah has sent you as a bringer of good tidings (notifications)
 Allah has sent you as a warner
 A caller of religion of Allah (one who invites to Allah), by His permission, and an illuminating
(enlightening) lamp.
56. Listen to the following Ayat attentively:
َ ِ‫ظ َوالْ َعاف‬

ِ ‫ني َع ِن الن‬
‫َّاس‬ َ ‫ني الْغَْي‬ ‫م‬ ِ ‫الضَّر ِاء والْ َك‬
ِ ‫اظ‬ َّ ‫و‬ ِ ‫السَّر‬
‫اء‬ َّ ‫يِف‬ ‫ن‬
َ ‫و‬ ‫ق‬
ُ ‫ف‬ِ ‫الَّ ِذين يْن‬
َ َ َ َُ
١٣٤ :‫ني آل عمران‬ ِِ ُّ ِ‫َواللَّهُ حُي‬
َ ‫ب الْ ُم ْحسن‬
The above-mentioned Ayat describes some characteristics of Al-Muttaquien ( The religious
persons). Please mention two of them
JAWAB:
a. Those who spend [in the cause of Allah- deeds of charity, alms, etc.] during ease (prosperity)
and in hardship
b. Those who restrain anger
c. who pardon the people
57. Listen to the following Ayat attentively
‫ين يَْأ ُكلُو َن َْأم َو َال الْيَتَ َامى ظُْل ًما ِإمَّنَا يَْأ ُكلُو َن يِف بُطُوهِنِ ْم نَ ًارا‬
َ ‫ذ‬ِ َّ‫ِإ َّن ال‬
١٠ :‫ن سعِريا النساء‬
ً َ َ ‫صلَ ْو‬ ْ َ‫َو َسي‬
In the above-mentioned Ayat, Allah SWT explains the conditions of the people who
unjustly (unfairly) eat up the property (belongings) of orphans.
How did Allah SWT explain the conditions of those people?
JAWAB:
a. They eat up only a fire into their bellies
b. They will be burnt in the blazing Fire!
