    ITEM OPERATION METHOD AND SEQUENCE MINIMUM MINIMUM NOTES


    EQUIPMENT WORKERS

    1.0 Application of Work Permit a) Work leader shall apply work permit from Workleader
    Receiving Authority (RA) before
    commencing the job. Work leader shall
    follow all the permit requirement.
    2.0 Site Preparation

    i) Mobilisation of Equipment, Tools a) Inspect all the equipment and tools by PGB representative. 1. Lorry/Hand Drill -Supervisor
    and Material.
    b) Mobilise all equipment, tools and material at site identified location area.

    ii) Site Preparation a) Install safety signage and barricade tape at the working area. 1. Signage - Workleader

    3.0 Cleaning Basin Area a) Cleaning basin surface area using high presssure water and brush 1. Floor Brush - Skill Worker
    b) Remove away debriss from site area 2. Water Hose General workers
    c) Usse vacuum truck to remove away the sludge 3. Lorry

    4.0 Inspection Work a) Inspect the cleanliness (mud or sand) of the floor 1. Camera - Skill Worker
    b) Taking picture

    5.0 Housekeeping a) Do the daily housekeeping at site. 1. Lorry/Pick up General workers


    b) After all job finish, housekeeping will done around
    the work area. All debris and surplus will be cart away from the site.
