CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES:
◼ Client shall inform InspecTest at least 10 working days prior to execution of job by issuance of
Work Order/Agreement or (equivalent document).
◼ Client shall provide food and accommodation to InspecTest personnel during stay at site free of
cost as per cadre.
◼ Client shall ensure security and safety of our manpower and equipment at site and, if required,
emergency medical facilities.
◼ Client shall arrange the Work Permits, plant entry requirements etc.
◼ Client shall ensure water availability throughout the job execution at Site
◼ Client shall provide Internet Facility to Site Staff during execution of job.
◼ Client shall arrange Single phase AC input supply

PROPOSAL NOTES:

◼ The quoted price is in PKR

◼ The subjected quote is exclusive of provincial sales tax (PST).
◼ Safe place for material storage is to be provided by Client.
◼ AC input supply cable and installation of input cable shall be in client's Scope.
◼ CP System Life 25 Years has been considered.
◼ No hazardous area equipment has been considered the proposed BOQ.
◼ BOQ assumes that both ends of the pipeline are electrically isolated through isolating gasket/
flange.
◼ Procurement and installation of Insulation gaskets and Surge Arrestors (if required) shall be in
GASCO Scope.
◼ Water for anode boring shall be provided by Client.
◼ Reference cells are not considered in the proposed BOQ.
◼ Design shall be made by CP NACE Level III.
◼ Commissioning Report shall be sign / stamped by CP NACE Level III.
◼ Only soil resistivity survey is considered in pre-design survey.
◼ Transformer Rectifier Unit is considered for ICCP system assuming the availability of AC
power source at site.
◼ In case of unavailability of AC power source alternate DC source shall be selected as per site
situation & same shall be incorporated in BOQ

PROPOSITION VALIDITY PERIOD:

◼ This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of submission.
