1). Before arising, do you pray while lying in bed? Tap while you pray.

2). Use one hand to brush your teeth; tap with the other.

14). Sitting in the doctor's office waiting your turn? Tap! 

15). Waiting in the car to pick up your son from karate? Put the phone down and
tap! 

16). Sitting in the bleachers watching a sporting event? Tap on your fingers or
gamut point! 

17). Setting the table for supper? Tap with the other hand while carrying dishes to
the table! 

18). Visiting with family after a meal? Put your hands under the table and tap! 

19). Getting your hair cut? Tap on your fingers while the stylist makes you pretty!

22). Reading to your children before bed? Tap AND teach them to tap along with
