Ms. Nadine Luisita

Revenue District Officer
BIR RDO 34 – Manchester City

Dear Ms. Luisita:

I, am writing on behalf of my client Fernando Magellano, with TIN No.

123-456-789-000, with regard to the filing of the Annual Income Tax Return.
As per BIR, the filing of the Annual Income Tax Return registered with the eFPS
would be made through the eFPS BIR Form 1701.

In compliance with BIR requirements, I would want to file the BIR Form
1701 or the Annual Income Tax Return for the year 2019. However, upon
checking the eFPS system, the said form is not available. A copy of the
screenshot from eFPS system showing the unavailability of the form is hereto
attached as Annex “A” hereof.

Thus, as per consultation with BIR personnel, I am filing my client’s

Annual Income Tax Return (1701) through the use of the offline BIR Form
1701.

Sincerely yours,

Jameson Regillo, CPA
