The quest for El Dorado with children

1. For your first game, you can choose how many "subvention" points each player starts with.
2. At the beginning of each game, every player choose how to spend their points to buy bonuses
(see list below)
3. At the end of each game, the winner lose one "subvention" point, unless he/she has none and,
in which case all other players earn one point.

Bonuses List
• 1 point

– You can replace an explorer by a scout in your starting deck.


– You can replace a traveler by a photographer or by a Jack-of-all-Trades in your starting
deck.
– At the beginning of the game, you can randomly pick two cave token.

• 2 points

– You can replace an explorer by a trailblazer in your starting deck.


– Throughout the game, you are allowed to move on or beyond a space occupied by an
other player. Mountains are still forbidden.

• 3 points

– You can replace a traveler by a journalist in your starting deck.


– When you buy an expedition card, you can choose a card on the market board (as usual)
but also from the piles next to the market board. If there is a vacant spot on the market
board, you do not place the pile of the chosen card on it (the vacant spot remains free).
– You can combine multiple cards to move onto a landscape with high power value.

• 4 points

– At each turn, you draw five cards instead of four, but you have to discard one of them
in your discard pile.

• 5 points

– At each turn, you draw five cards instead of four, and you can use all of them !
