Start and finish "Integration of electric connections and Power Management

System between diesel backup generator and Gas Turbines system - Electrical
engineer with help of mechaniacl engineer".

Preparing "Confirmation about Completions of Integration to Power Management"

after end of "Integration". Must be signed by Alajeal electrical engineer and
represent of Sarir Oil Company.
Testing of MTU electrical and instrument segments - electrical engineer
Preparing "Confirmation about Completions" after end of test for every segment of
system. Must be signed by Alajeal mechanical engineer and represent of Sarir Oil
Company.
Disconect diessel machine from Generator - mechanical engineers
Fill water, lube oil and fuel in diessel machine - mechanical engineers
Temporary start of diessel machine - attended mechanical and electrical engineers.
NOTE: Before start - full respect of all instructions and recommendations from
Manufacturer Manual.
Do separate tests of oil, cooling, air and fuel systems
Preparing "Confirmation test" after completed test of every system (lube oil,
cooling, air and fuel). Must be signed by Alajeal mechanical engineers and
represent of Sarir Oil Company.
Do vibration test

Preparing "Confirmation Vibration test" after end of test. Must be signed by Alajeal
mechanical engineers and represent of Sarir Oil Company. NOTE: If Vibration test
did not pass then investigate problem and repeat Vibration test again.

Check alignment MTU to Generator - mechanical engineers

Preparing "Confirmation of machine alignment" and confirm that no alignment
between MTU and Generator. Must be signed by Alajeal mechanical engineers and
represent of Sarir Oil Company.
Check instrument system of diessel machine - electrical engineer
Preparing "Confirmation that instrument system at diessel machine is ready and
operated". Must be signed by Alajeal electrical engineer and represent of Sarir Oil
Company.
Switch off diesel machine - attended mechanical and electrical engineers
Preparing "Confirmation that diesel machine is ready" and confirm machne works
properly. Must be signed by Alajeal mechanical engineers and electrical engineer
and represent of Sarir Oil Company.
Check generator - Electrical Engineer
Preparing "Confirmation that Generator is ready". Must be signed by Alajeal
electrical engineer and represent of Sarir Oil Company.
Connect MTU to Generator
Final check MTU, Generator and their connections
Preparing "Confirmation that Turbine is ready". Must be signed by Alajeal
mechanical engineer and electrical engineer and represent of Sarir Oil Company.

Preparing "Confirmation that MTU and Generator are ready for startup". Must be
signed by Alajeal mechanical and electrical engineers and represent of Sarir Oil
Company.

Startup of MTU and Generator - Commissioning

Do preparation of start - according of Manufacturer Manual
Start MTU as Standby power - let's continuosly work per recommendation from
Manufacturer Manuel (12-72h) - mechanical and electrical engineers
Visually check instrument indications.
Switch off after end of probitation period.
Presenting Certificate od Acceptance.
