Getting started with the Cisco

Umbrella dCloud Lab
With the Cisco dCloud lab you will be able to practice setting
up and deploying the Cisco Umbrella SIG Essentials Package.
Below are instructions for accessing the Cisco dCloud lab:

Getting started Tools to help you get started

1. Log into Cisco dCloud using your cisco.com account.
2. From the top right area, select the dCloud geo (datacenter) that is closest
to your location. US-West; US-East; EMEAR (London); APJ (Singapore).
3. Search the dCloud catalog for “Umbrella Lab v4”
(Tip: add this to your favorites!).
4. Click Schedule and select whether you are scheduling a single session
(typically for yourself), or an event (multiple sessions, typically for a class).
5. Note that if you proceed to schedule from your list of favorites you’ll have
the ability only to schedule a single session and not an event.
6. If you run into challenges with capacity or availability at the time you want,
you may find availability over a different date/time, or in one of the other
dCloud datacenters.
7. Once your session has started the lab guide and other information can
be found in the Resources area. The guide contains the step-by-step
instructions needed to complete the lab, and you can also access it from
the search results page ahead of time, to help you get prepared.
