a company and what we are looking for in potential candidates to join our team. Please feel free to

About Us:

AVASOFT is a 14-year Product company based out of Blue Bell Pennsylvania US with its offshore
development center in Chennai and Kuala Lumpur/Malaysia. We have been recognized by multiple
industry associations and more importantly by a number of customers for our unique and innovative
products. Our Products are aimed at transforming business using cloud services, machine learning
and automation in the areas of Modern Workplace, Cloud Computing, Mobility and Data
Science. Our customers are in North America and Europe.

We are a team of 500+ people that is growing exponentially and during last year’s campus
recruitment we are the only company that has given 100% full time employment for the interns who
finished our internship.

About this year’s Recruitment & Internship process:

Who can apply?

• 2022 passing out students


• 2021, 2020 and 2019 passed out candidates

We expect individuals who are passionate to work in a challenging next gen software product
development environment will be the best fits. We have no criterion for a minimum CGPA or
arrears.

What are we looking in a potential candidate?

1. Having an attitude of openness, eagerness and endless possibilities.


2. Somebody who start with great doubt and great faith, having this mindset is the highest
rating for attitude in our performance pyramid.
3. Very good speaking and written skills in English.
4. A person who treats everybody equally, asks questions when not sure to whoever it might
be on the other side.
5. Technical knowledge with an intent to problem solving would be preferred. Expertise is not a
must.

Interview Process:

1. Link for Self – registration will be provided before the campus recruitment process.
2. Complete the registration to get the required credentials after verification.
3. With the credentials received, login and answer the Preliminary Questionnaire.
4. The first level of evaluation comprises of Group Discussion.
5. Shortlisted candidates will undergo the 2nd level of evaluation process:

• Interview with Senior Managers (For candidates selected from GD)


• Interview with HR Managers (For candidates selected based on Interview
performance
• Final Interview with Center Head (For candidates selected based on HR Round)

Employment Details:

1. For candidates who have been selected in the final interview will be provided with offer
letters
2. The candidates who accept the offer will go through an internship for a period of 6 months
3. The internship is expected to start in the month of October/November and will be full time
during this period.
4. The interns will be provided a stipend of INR 10,000 per month during the internship.
5. The interns will start their full-time employment post their internship receiving the salary
package which will range from 3 to 4 LPA.
6. The interns will have an option for opting out of internship within 4 weeks from the start of
the internship if they feel that AVASOFT is not the right place for them. There will be no
questions asked.
7. After the 4-week internship completion we expect the intern to work with us during the rest
of the internship and for a period of 2 years as a full-time employee. If they want to
discontinue any time before that they can, by paying us the training cost amounting to INR
1.5 Lakhs.
