Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
Money is the means to cover expenses, but personally it is my great motivation to
earn money so that I can give my family everything they need.
Being independent good, and helps as a motivator, since you know that you are
not dependent on anyone.
Being competent in what I do guarantees my reputation in all areas of my life,
perhaps being competent does not guarantee me fame or money but admiration.
Having security in everything you do helps you to undertake, do, get involved in
something, have the leadership to face a situation.
Lifestyle is one of the significant motivations, as you struggle to have a lifestyle,
which is desired, you struggle to achieve it.
Recognition is a fundamental pillar as motivation, because you fight to be
recognized in what you do and achieve
Interest to do what we like is the best to pursue what we want to achieve.
Challenges motivate me, help me to fight with other people in different areas of life
There should be a variety of ideas, resources, and concepts in everything you do,
as repeating the same thing would make things boring.
Relationships are necessary in any aspect of our life, since alliances are formed to
achieve common goals.
