My motivation for applying to blackrock is the fact

I believe I have the skills and the experience necessary to be successful in this role. I have spent the last
five year dedicating my time to help companies I have worked with analyze the elements of their entire
business process and create meaningful insights out of historical data.

I began my career at a financial institution in Ghana as an IT consultant intern where I assisted in

evaluating the company’s IT systems to help them meet their business objectives. At the end of my
service my team was able to increase online customer transactions by two percent. I believe I’m reliable
and I keep my head straight in determination to make sure I achieve all objectives.

Processing of invoices,

managing accounts receivable and accounts payable,

Creating financial reports,

Run and update databases.

I also worked as a research assistant after my undergraduate degree, and I served by collecting data for
research, examine and validate the accuracy of the data to ensure that it produces meaningful
information. I also assisted in using statistical models like regression to find patterns in data and make
predictions.

Additionally, I worked as a Data Analyst intern, where I assisted in the implementation and management
of database solutions to support data enrichment initiatives. Specifically, I was in charge of data entry
and database optimization.

Currently as part of my program, I’m working on a capstone project with Chemonics international a
private international development firm to analyze and pre-determine constraints within their supply
chain in the hope of finding a solution for their emergency demand and supply problem for a malaria
drug called Artemether/Lumefantrine.
