Summary of Strengths and Areas of Possible Growth

My biggest strength would be in collaborating well with my colleagues and parents in regard to lesson planning,
assessments, analyzing students’ assessment and using that data to help further plan for differentiated learning, and the
communication with the parents. I feel that when everyone is involved in the process of the student’s learning, the
students will no doubt be successful.

MY biggest growth that I should be focusing on is to communicate well with my colleagues when it comes to task not
completed on time and students’ learning are not evident. I should be able to openly talk about that with my colleague
and not shy away because I may feel that the colleague may dislike me for pointing out the issue.
