ஆதாருடன் இணைக்கப்பட்ட மக்கள்தொகை அங்கீகாரம் தொடர்பான

பதிவுத்துறை இணையதளத்தில் ஆவணம் உள்ளீடு செய்யும் போது ஆளறிதலுக்காக
(Identity Proof Verification) முதல் தேர்வாக (விருப்பத்தேர்வு) ஆதார் அட்டையின்
அங்கீகாரம் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவ்வாறு அங்கீகாரம் செயல்படுத்தப்படும் போது
ஆதார் பதிவு செய்யும் போது வழங்கிய சரியான அலைபேசி எண் / பிறந்த தேதி /
மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி அல்லது பெயரை சரியாக உள்ளீடு செய்து ஆதார் அங்கீகாரம்
நிறைவு செய்திட பொதுமக்கள் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்.

அங்கீகாரம் செயல்படுத்தப்படும் போது முதலாவதாக ஆதார் எண் மற்றும் ஆதார்

அட்டைக்காக பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட அலைபேசி எண் ஆகியவற்றை கொண்டு ஆதார்
ஆணையத்தின் தரவுடன் (UIDAI) அங்கீகாரம் சரிபார்க்கப்படும். அது
வெற்றியடைந்தவுடன், கட்சிக்காரரின் பெயரை ஆவணத்தில் சேர்க்க மென்பொருள்
அனுமதிக்கும்.

ஆதார் அங்கீகாரம் கீழ்க்கண்ட முறையில் செயல்படுகிறது

1. ஆவணதாரரின் அலைபேசி எண் கொடுத்தால் முதலில் ஆதாருடன்

இணைக்கப்பட்ட அலைபேசி எண்ணுடன் இந்த எண் சரிபார்க்கப்பட்டு
ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும்.
2. ஆவணதாரரின் அலைபேசி எண் கொடுக்கப்படாவிட்டாலோ அல்லது வேறு
அலைபேசி எண் கொடுத்தாலோ, ஆதார் அட்டையில் உள்ள ஆவணதாரரின்
பிறந்த தேதியுடன் தற்போது உள்ளீடு செய்யப்படும் பிறந்த தேதி சரிபார்க்கப்பட்டு
ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும்.
3. ஆவணதாரரின் அலைபேசி எண் மற்றும் பிறந்த தேதி கொடுக்கப்படாவிட்டாலோ
அல்லது வேறு அலைபேசி எண் மற்றும் தவறான பிறந்த தேதி கொடுத்தாலோ,
ஆதாருடன் இணைந்த மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி தற்போது உள்ளீடு செய்யப்படும்
மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியுடன் சரிபார்க்கப்பட்டு ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும்.
4. ஆவணதாரரின் அலைபேசி, பிறந்த தேதி, மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி
கொடுக்கப்படாவிட்டாலோ அல்லது வேறு அலைபேசி எண், தவறான பிறந்த தேதி
மற்றும் ஆதாருடன் இணைக்கப்படாத வேறு மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி
கொடுக்கப்பட்டால் ஆவணதாரரின் பெயர் ஆதார் அட்டையில் உள்ள
ஆவணதாரரின் பெயருடன் சரிபார்க்கப்பட்டு ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும்.

Information to Public about Aadhaar Demographic Authentication

Demographic authentication of Aadhaar has been enabled for the Public
who are providing Aadhaar Number(Consent based and Optional) as an
Identification Proof for the purpose of identification of the Registrants
during document creation/abstract feeding in the website. It is requested
to enter Aadhaar linked registered Mobile Number /Date of Birth / e-mail
id / Name for adding in the document.

As a first step in Demographic Authentication, the system will verify the

combination of Aadhaar Number and Mobile Number. If Mobile Number is
provided, the software will verify the Mobile Number with UIDAI and if it
is Aadhaar linked Mobile Number then it will be allowed to add as a party
of the Document.

Aadhaar Verification mechanism

1. If Mobile Number is provided, it will be verified whether it is linked
with Aadhaar Number and will be allowed.
2. If Mobile Number is not provided or any other Mobile Number is
provided, it will be verified with the provided Date of birth with
Aadhaar registered Date of Birth and will be allowed.
3. If Mobile Number and Date of Birth are not provided or any other
Mobile Number or wrong Date of Birth is provided, the provided e-
mail id will be verified with the Aadhaar linked e-mail id and will be
allowed.
4. If Mobile Number, Date of Birth and e-mail are not provided or any
other Mobile Number or wrong Date of Birth or alternate e-mail id is
provided, the provided Name will be verified with Name registered
with Aadhaar and will be allowed.
